Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or product details on the box.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes between 2–3 weeks, depending on the doll and customization options. Delivery for our In-Stock dolls non customized takes 3-7 days. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Can I customize my doll?
Absolutely. Most of our dolls offer options for hair, eye color, skin tone, body type, and more. Just select your preferences before adding to cart.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns if the doll arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there's an issue.
What materials are the dolls made from?
Our dolls are made from either premium TPE or full silicone, depending on the model. Each product page lists the specific material used.
Are your dolls authentic?
Yes. We only work with verified manufacturers/brands and every doll is delivered brand-new, made-to-order, and with accurate photos representing the product.
