You have two ways to place an order:

1. Customize your doll – Choose from a wide range of options such as body type, face, breast size, eye color, skin tone, vaginal type (fixed or removable), heating system, moaning features, and much more. Each brand offers slightly different customization options, and you’ll see all available choices listed on the product page.

2. Buy a pre-configured model (Default Doll) – These dolls come with preset features and are either ready to ship or have faster fulfillment. Great if you don’t want to wait for custom production.

We’ve designed the customization process to be easy to follow. Simply select the options that best match your preferences. If you’re not sure about something, feel free to contact us at info@pleasuredollsx.store, we’re happy to help.

Once you’ve selected your doll and customization (if applicable), continue to the checkout page.

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• MasterCard
• Visa / Credit Card
• split payment (availability depends on your location and payment provider, like Klarna)
• Crypto

All transactions are 100% secure, and your privacy is fully protected. Your billing statement will not mention anything explicit, we respect your confidentiality.

At checkout, simply fill in your contact and shipping information. Once the order is placed, we will begin processing it within 24 hours.

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email within this time window.

If you change your mind or need to cancel for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours, before the order enters fulfillment or production.

Be sure to state your order number aswell as cancellation request in the "subject" field.

After 24 hours, your order is sent to the manufacturer and enters either custom production or is shipped out (if in stock), so cancellation will no longer be possible at that point.

If you ordered a custom doll, it will now go into production with the manufacturer. The time this takes depends on the brand, factory workload, and complexity of the options selected.

Typical production times:

2 to 4 weeks, though sometimes dolls are completed sooner.

Once the doll is completed, you can request real-life factory photos of your finished doll to confirm everything looks perfect. To do so, email:

We work closely with manufacturers and can always reach out for status updates on your behalf.

Once your doll is completed and passes inspection, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facility. We always choose the fastest, safest shipping method available.

For Custom Dolls:

• Shipping method: Air shipping from the factory
• Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 days depending on your country and customs
• Brands ship via major couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS by air
  

For In-Stock Dolls:

• Orders are fulfilled once the manufacturer receives your payment and confirmation
• Ships in 3 to 7 days from within your region (often by truck or local air freight)
• Shipping time may vary depending on distance to the distribution center

Currently, we do not have our own warehouses, but we are working toward opening one in the near future to speed up fulfillment even further.

Once your doll ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note:
Tracking numbers may take a few days to become active (especially for international shipments)

• In some cases, the tracking link will not show any updates until the package reaches customs or arrives in your country

Once your order enters your country, the local courier will take over. You will receive a text message or email from the courier with delivery details based on your country’s notification system.

When your doll arrives:

• Carefully lay the box flat before opening, do not open it upright
• Remove the contents slowly and gently to avoid damaging the joints or surface
• All dolls are securely packed in foam and plastic for protection

Please take your time with unboxing, especially with the fingers and small details. These are handcrafted products and should be handled with care.

All dolls are quality-checked at the factory before being shipped. However, if your doll arrives damaged or something seems off, please don’t panic.

Heres what to do:

1. Take clear photos or videos of the damage

2. Email us immediately at info@pleasuredollsx.store

3. We will reach out to the manufacturer and assist with the return or replacement process

Note: We follow the return policies of each manufacturer. In most cases, returns are only accepted if the doll arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. Please review our full Return Policy page for more info.
